Re: Warm Regards to the victims of the Terrorist attacks in London
On a purely personal note, I fail to understand how terrorists think that attacks of this type will gain them support and achieve their goals. Particularly when Britain is leading the G8 meetings in an attempt to address the problems of hunger and poverty in Africa. Then again, maybe fanatics are so focused on their "cause" that they have difficulty connecting the dots and completing a rational thought. In any case, killing dozens of British citizens and injuring hundreds more is hardly likely to make the English back down. As was discovered in the last world war, it is more likely to stiffen their resolve. My heart and prayers are with the British citizens who have been impacted by these cowardly attacks.

Re: Warm Regards to the victims of the Terrorist attacks in London
I believe that the attacks on London has nothing to do with the Olympics. This was something that was planned far before. Reason I say this is because a few months ago there was an attack on the British embassy in New York City. Also the shear size and complexity of the bombings suggested placement long before England was awarded the Olympic Games. Most countries believed that Paris would have won not England and the time it would have taken to place and execute the attack without being noticed would have been difficult if not impossible. It just turned out to be shear coincidence that the attacks where on the day after the British was awarded the Olympic games for 2012. I believe that the attacks were more geared towards the British active involvement in the G8 summits. As dawn said "fanatics are so focused on their "cause" that they have difficulty connecting the dots and completing a rational thought".
