Q:
How does Freelancernow work?
A:
FreelancerNow is a full online platform for professional service needs. Employers outsourcing services post their projects in our marketplace, and freelancers bid to do the work. Employers choose a freelancer based on bids, profile information, work samples, and Feedback ratings from previous FreelancerNow employers. Public and private message boards help ensure that both parties are confident of the project parameters before the work begins. After a bid is accepted, the employer and freelancer can then use the project drop box to communicate, schedule deadlines, exchange files, and deliver the final product. Once a project is complete, the freelancer sends the final product to the employer who will then transfer the funds from his LancePay account to the freelancer’s LancePay account. Both the employer and freelancer then enter Feedback ratings which are shown on their respective profile pages.
