How do I choose a payment schedule for my freelancer?
A:
We recommend payment upon completion for smaller projects, and deposit/installment payments for larger or longer-term projects. Payment amounts and schedules should be established between the Employer and the Freelancer prior to the work beginning and each party should have a written copy of the terms.
