Feedback on your project participation is useful in two main ways. First it will give you an indication of the things that you are doing well and the things that you might want to improve upon. Secondly, it is used by freelancers and employers to help arrive at a decision on whether or not to bid on a project (freelancers) or accept a bid from a freelancer (employers). Finally, it is used for preferred-to-preferred member auto matching as part of the project bidding process.
