The objective of the website would be to provide a platform for interaction between job seekers and prospective employers and recruiters and make a profitable venture out of this mix and match business.

Create a Free User Account with user name and password for logging in further.
Option to be emailed the password if Forgotten.
Upload Resume and other basic informations like contact info, experience, type of job they are seeking, salary expectations.
Generate or Upload Cover Letters to accompany job applications.
Can get their Resume Featured (Shown on Home Page) against cost assigned by the administrator.
Ability to do advanced searches of the job database

Login and Password maintenance for Company Login
Posts jobs with details like location, experience, title, salary, etc.
Pay for browsing resumes and posting jobs
Receive job applications through email.
Post job opportunity as a feature job
Job posting will expire after a set time
Remove Job Post if it is filled or expires.
Contact candidates via their email supplied and through the information provided by them.
Other Website Features:
Payment both offline (via cheque) and online (credit cards).
Email Notifications for transactions and at every step of process deliverables.
Manage Advertisements on the home page of the website
Career Page which would provide user information about vacancy and option to post resume online.
Page which would list links to other related sites (Resources page)
Job posts active once payment is done and confirmed.
Administrator Section of the website:
This will be a separate password protected area with following features.
Change administrator password, view Candidate and Employer or Recruiters details and deactivate users
Set up Registration Packages for entities in the system.
Ability to change the texts of some pages of the website like career page, About Us page , Contacts page , Resources page.
Functional Specifications:
The objective is to work as Portal for companies and candidates, and it will be constituted by the following areas:
§ Log in for candidates to search job opportunities published in the site
§ Log in for Company/Recruiters to post jobs
§ Search and acceptance of candidates online to see the job opportunities published in the site
§ Possibility to make payments online, for companies as also for candidates
§ Maintenance of Personal Data and candidates' Curriculum Vitae
§ Maintenance of database of job opportunities for job holders
§ Communication between candidates and companies through e-mail sending automatically through the site
If you have site like this already please advise as maybe i need to change graphics and so it fits into australian search criterias.
