Responsibilities:-

Serve as a primary resource and expert on Business English for a sales and operations team.
Coordinate effectively with other functional groups across the business units.
Thoroughly check and review assigned sites for content, quality and accuracy.
Investigating web sites.
Working on special projects, as needed.
Optimize keyword lists and ads to maximize net traffic. Participate on Web Research and Forums to generate traffic.
Review customer applications and accounts for policy compliance.
Approve or disapprove accounts based on program criteria.
Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback and satisfaction.
Design and deliver content on business communication in English.
Troubleshooting website issues and identifying areas of concern and interest.
